1. Introduction

Delta Grand ("Delta Grand", "we", "us", "our") is a private client advisory office based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal data submitted through our website at deltagrand.ae (the "Site").

Delta Grand operates through two affiliated entities — Delta Grand Real Estate LLC and Delta Grand Consulting — which may jointly process the information you provide. For the purposes of this Policy, the controller is Delta Grand Real Estate LLC (License No. 1590964, Commercial Register No. 2789420, DCCI No. 666360, ORN/STR 59100), Office 2A, Al Murar, Dubai, UAE.

We treat discretion as a professional obligation. This Policy is written to be clear about the limited data we collect and the care with which we handle it.

2. Personal data we collect

When you submit an inquiry through the contact form on the Site, we collect the information you choose to provide, which may include: your name; email address; telephone or WhatsApp number; preferred channel of communication; your area of interest; an indicative budget; and the content of your message.

We do not ask for, and request that you do not submit, sensitive personal data, identity documents, or financial account details through the Site.

The Site may also record limited technical information generated automatically by your browser, such as IP address and device or browser type, where this is necessary for the security and proper functioning of the Site.

3. How we use your data

We process the personal data you provide in order to: assess and respond to your inquiry; contact you through your preferred channel; understand your requirements and determine whether and how we may assist you; and maintain a record of our correspondence.

We rely on your consent, given when you submit the form, and on our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries and conducting our advisory activities, as the basis for this processing.

4. How your data is stored and shared

Inquiries submitted through the Site are transmitted to a Google Sheets spreadsheet and delivered as a notification through Telegram, so that our team receives and responds to them promptly. Your data is therefore processed by these third-party service providers (Google and Telegram) acting on our behalf. These providers may store data on servers located outside the UAE.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes. We disclose personal data only to our affiliated entities and trusted service providers as described above, or where required by applicable law or a competent authority.

5. International transfers

Because we use international service providers, your personal data may be transferred to, and stored in, countries outside the UAE. Where such transfers occur, we take reasonable steps to ensure your data continues to be protected in a manner consistent with this Policy and applicable law.

6. Cookies

The Site uses only cookies and similar technologies necessary for its basic operation and security. If we introduce analytics or other non-essential technologies in future, we will update this Policy accordingly. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

7. Data retention

We retain the personal data you submit for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and to maintain our relationship with you, and thereafter only for as long as required to meet our legal, regulatory, and record-keeping obligations. When data is no longer required, we take steps to delete or anonymise it.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, including the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL) and, where relevant, the principles of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for international clients, you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; object to or restrict certain processing; and withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at info@deltagrand.ae.

9. Data security

We apply appropriate organisational and technical measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Governing law

This Policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai, including the PDPL.
